STUDENT COUNCIL Twisted Tuesday, Student Council will sell Philly Pretzels at 2:15 by the main office for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00, starts October 15th. This happens every Tuesday. Face Painting for Spirit Days - You can get your face painted for $1, $2, or $3, depending on which design you choose. The first Spirit Day is on Halloween, October 31. Pledge - Volunteer to say the Pledge over the PA system through the Student Council. Depending on how many times you sign up, you can receive a FREE PRETZEL CARD. More information about the Pledge Sign Up will be sent soon. BOX-TOPS - Please bring in any Box-Tops you have to your First period teacher throughout the year. Each marking period, the class with the most Box-Tops will earn a prize from the Student Council. Aluminum Can Tabs - There will be a bin in your RTI class to place your tabs. The RTI class with the most tabs will win a prize from the Student Council. Dried-Out Markers - The bin for marker collection will be in the main office.

Library After School The Middle School library will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after school until 3:10. Please clear it with your parent/guardian and arrange transportation. The library will not be open on Fridays after school or on a day with an early dismissal.

Upon entering building in the morning: Please remove hats upon entering the school and put in backpack or locker. Cell phones are to be put away. There is no cell phone usage during the school day.
Nurse's Note Students are not to report to the Nurse between classes. You are to report to your class for attendance and get a pass to visit the Nurse.
ID's are needed everyday You will need your ID everyday for lunch. This will allow the lunch line to flow faster and so anyone who does not have their ID will be called to the lunch line last.
Chromebooks at Lunch Chromebooks at lunch are permitted. Please make sure your space is free of food and spills, as any damage to the Chromebook is your responsibility.
Chromebooks - school email The only email you are to access on your Chromebook is you SCHOOL email. If Mrs. Carels finds you accessing your personal or other email accounts, you will be placed in the PENALTY BOX. This means you will only access sites allowed by your teachers and will no longer be able to "Google" or search anything.
Security filter on Chromebooks We use Go Guardian to help monitor what students are looking up online. Mrs. Franco-Collazo and Mrs. Carels can see everything students look up on their Chromebooks. Please make sure you are being digitally responsible. If not, Mrs. Carels will see you.
Helmets Students must wear helmets to and from school if biking or skateboarding or riding a scooter, etc. 1st time without a helmet: verbal warning 2nd time: lunch detention 3rd time: after school 90 minute detention. Safety is our main concern! Students are to get OFF their bikes/scooters and WALK them to the bike racks, due to the congestion in the parking lot.

Pennsville Middle School Recycling Project Please recycle the water bottles and cans that you use throughout the day. There are labeled recycling bins in the gym and the cafeteria for students to use as well as in the faculty lounge for teachers. Make sure you do not throw food, paper, garbage, gum, etc. in the bins as this will contaminate what we are recycling. Thank you for your participation!
Food and Drink leaving Breakfast Breakfast students are not to leave the cafe with food or drinks, other than their water bottles/containers. Coffee cups, drink pouches, etc. should not be leaving the cafe.
Stickers on Chromebooks` Students will be fined $10.00 for any stickers or similar items on Chromebooks, for damages.
Overdue Library Books Please renew your overdue books or return the books. Please remember to bring your ID, planner, and any library book that you have out.
Music Lessons;Students If a student that is scheduled for a music lesson has a quiz or test to take: . student reports to the lesson teacher quickly to inform that teacher he/she is going to class to take a quiz or test. . student can report to lesson if he/;she finishes the quiz/test and there'a a reasonable amount of time left. This starts on 10/29
